About Sunshine Smoke Alarms

Sunshine Smoke Alarms is a division of Sunshine Antenna Service created to assist the Sunshine Coast with the new smoke alarms legislation compliance for rental properties.

This new arm of our business has been designed with you in mind. We are focused on making the upgrades as affordable and reliable as possible for the Sunshine Coast.
If you have investments properties you will be aware that there is a deadline of 1st January 2022 for all rental properties to have the new interconnected smoke alarms with 10 year lithium batteries.

We have secured the services of a very experienced, fully licensed, smoke alarm installer to head up this project and we are focussed on getting as many rentals as possible upgraded by the January 2022 deadline.

We can provide all the usual inspection, compliance reports and of course upgrades for those of you needing to bring your investment property up to the new Australian Standard AS3786-2014.
